Criminal Sentencings
San Benito County Judge Steven Sanders
Debbie Lyn Disney, 45, of Gilroy, was sentenced to 50 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $2,322 for misdemeanor drunken driving.
Francisco Javier Munguia, 24, of Hollister, was sentenced to 25 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $1,998 for misdemeanor drunken driving.
Ernest James Salas, 39, of Hollister, was sentenced to 20 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $650 for misdemeanor domestic violence.
Tayseer Awwad, 48, of Hollister, was sentenced to 40 hours of community service, three months in a first-time DUI offender program, three years of probation and fined $1,890 for misdemeanor drunken driving.
