Cauthen-Wright joins DMB staff

– Denise Cauthen-Wright has joined El Rancho San Benito as a
community relations manager for the downtown Hollister office.
Cauthen-Wright formerly served as the executive director of the San
Juan Bautista Chamber of Commerce and as a marketing executive for
the Hollister Free Lance.

HOLLISTER – Denise Cauthen-Wright has joined El Rancho San Benito as a community relations manager for the downtown Hollister office. Cauthen-Wright formerly served as the executive director of the San Juan Bautista Chamber of Commerce and as a marketing executive for the Hollister Free Lance.
“We are very pleased that Denise has agreed to join our team here in Hollister,” said Ray Becker, of DMB. “Her extensive involvement and strong relationships in the community will greatly benefit our continuing efforts to involve local residents in the planning for El Rancho San Benito.”
Cauthen-Wright has been a Hollister resident for nearly 20 years and moved to the city after marrying Dan Wright. She has served on committees and has volunteered for such organizations as the Hollister Downtown Association, the San Benito County Chamber of Commerce, Relay for Life and parents’ clubs at her daughter’s school. Cauthen-Wright was named “Woman of the Year” by the San Benito County Chamber of Commerce in 2004 for extensive work throughout the county.
“Since I moved to San Benito County in 1988 after attending San Jose State University, I’ve maintained a strong commitment to get involved and help make my community a better place to live,” Cauthen-Wright said. “I’m excited to have the opportunity to help advance DMB’s vision to create a community that truly benefits the entire county.”
DMB is working on plans for a community north of San Benito County along Hwy. 25 on 4,500 acres of property. The draft calls for 6,800 homes.
