Driving Under the Influence:
Andrew Pinheiro, 19, a transient, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of driving under the influence, a felony, and reckless driving, a felony, in the 100 block of San Felipe Road at 11:54pm Tuesday, police said. An officer observed Pinheiro driving erratically and pulled him over, police said. The officer suspected Pinheiro had been drinking and made an arrest, police said.
Drug Possession:
Angelica Marie Bueno, 37, of the 1800 block of Carousel Drive in Hollister, was arrested by the Hollister Police Department on suspicion of possession methamphetamine, a felony, on Seventh Street at 2:29am Wednesday, police said. Bueno was the passenger of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
