WEAPON POSSESSION:
Isidro Gonzalez, 18, of 161 Recht St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for possession of a deadly weapon, a felony, during a traffic stop in the 300 block of Recht Street at 5:20pm on Saturday, police said. Police found a BB gun under the car seat and a small, leather Billy Club in the trunk, police said.
CAR THEFT:
Unknown suspects stole a blue 1991 Toyota Camry from the 900 block of Prospect Avenue in Hollister around 9:15pm on Saturday, police said.
Unknown suspects stole a gold 1997 Honda Accord from the 1000 block of Sunnyslope Road in Hollister sometime between Friday and Saturday, police said.
Unknown suspects stole a gray 1986 Dodge pick-up truck from the 90 block of Live Oak Drive in Hollister sometime between Saturday and Sunday, police said.
CAR BURGLARY:
Unknown suspects broke into a car in the 400 block of Clearview Drive sometime between Friday and Saturday and stole a $100 stereo, police said.
CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON:
Raymond Monroe Valdez, 27, of 1148 San Benito St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police in the 300 block of Richardson Drive in Hollister at 7:36pm on Monday for possession of an illegal knife, a felony and possession of a methamphetamine pipe, a misdemeanor, police said. He was also booked into the county jail for 13 misdemeanor bench warrants including indecent exposure, domestic battery, driving under the influence and resisting arrest, according to jail records.
THREATS :
A 14-year-old Hollister male was cited by Hollister police at 9:30am on Monday for threatening to burn San Benito High School down, a misdemeanor, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
