Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Greenwald worked for 21 years as the golf course superintendent for Rancho Canada Golf Club in Carmel. Most recently, he was the golf superintendent for the First Tee of Monterey County – an initiative of the World Golf Foundation that gives young people an opportunity to develop, through character education, life-enhancing values such as honesty, integrity and sportsmanship, at Twin Creeks Golf Course in Salinas.
Greenwald recently completed an intensive training program through a California license accredited training program that emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate.
