Limelight Productions is presenting a Murder Mystery Dinner Theater performance of “A Family Reunion to Die For” at Paine’s Restaurant in Hollister over the last two weekends in March.
The show from one of the local theater groups is set for 6 p.m. Friday, Saturday, March 28 and March 29. It is set for 1 p.m. Sunday and March 30. The show is scheduled for Paine’s Restaurant at 421 East St., while tickets are $25 per person, $85 for four or $170 for eight people.
Director Sally Hail, involved with the group since 2008, noted how the show includes cast members ages 8-18.
“It’s only children and we also cast everyone who auditions,” Hail said.  It will involve nearly 20 actors in the show. “It’s a non-musical, which the kids really like,” she said.
Dinner will be buffet style, she said, while doors will open at 6 p.m.. with dinner set out at 6:15 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. The night shows will start at 7 p.m., she said. She said organizers chose this show among a couple others considered as well. “This one just made us giggle stupidly,” she said.
