DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: Frank J. Zepeda, 49, who resides on the 300 block of Jefferson St. in Watsonville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on Sunset Drive at Highway 25 for allegedly driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, at 7:32 p.m. on Sunday.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: Daniel James Nelson, 48, who resides on the 600 block of Somme Avenue in Hollister, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol for allegedly driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, on Highway 25, south of Shore Road, at 1:06 a.m. on Saturday.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: John Vandyke, 41, who resides on the 1100 block of Prune Street in Hollister, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol for allegedly driving under the influence, a misdemeanor, on Highway 25 north of Highway 156 at 2:30 a.m. on Saturday.
POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Leonardo Gamez, 36, of 1131 Jacqueline St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for possession of a controlled substance, a felony, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and use of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors, at 1:42 a.m. on the corner of South and Line streets on Saturday, according to police reports.
FELONY DUI: Jerry Dean Price, 61, of Paso Robles, was arrested by Hollister police on suspicion of felony driving under the influence, as Price had three or more DUI arrests within seven years, on Highway 25 at Highway 156 at 12:52 p.m. on Saturday, police said. He was also arrested for felony violation of parole.
BATTERY: Santiago Gonzalez Fajardo, 20, of 850 Hillcrest Rd. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police for battery, a misdemeanor, after he struck a female in the face in his home around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, police said.
