Nicole had open layup opportunities that she turned down in
order to give her teammates open shots.

Lacy Byers, Sabrina Morales, Sabrina Murphy, Cynthia Pinto and Jenn Tremblay also gave solid all-around performances for the Rams.

Carolyn Beatty, who has missed the last three games due to an injury, is scheduled to return to the lineup around the early part of January.

On Friday, Gavilan lost to Diablo Valley College 68-46 in the Monterey Peninsula College Tournament. Donley led Gavilan with 12 points.

Gavilan’s record is now 4-4 overall and 1-0 in Coast Conference play.

The Rams will play their next game Dec. 23 at 7 p.m. at Hartnell College in Coast Conference action.
