Inter-spiritual services such as memorials and individual Spiritual Direction are also offered.
History: The CSE South County Meditation Center is an affiliate nonprofit outreach center of the Center for Spiritual Enlightenment, a meditation center in San Jose, CA. Four years ago, the CSE South County Meditation Group began in Morgan Hill, with the intention of sharing these timeless teachings with South County neighbors who were unable to attend classes at CSE San Jose. Due to the steadfast dedication of its group members, the meditation group matured into a Meditation Center. Under the supervision of Yogacharya Ellen Grace O’Brian, Founder of CSE, the CSE South County Meditation Center is lead by Paula Whang-Ramos. For the past 23 years, Paula has served South County residents who seek peace, joy and clarity in their lives. At the CSE South County Meditation Center, Paula serves with other longtime South County residents who share a commitment to peace in our hearts, minds and our community.
