San Juan council members Tuesday unanimously elected Councilman Robert Lund as mayor and Councilman Rick Edge as vice mayor. Lund succeeds former Mayor Andy Moore, who did not run for reelection as a council member.
San Juan has a council-manager form of government in which council members elect a new mayor each year.
Lund’s election came after three council members, newcomers Jim West and Chris Martorano along with incumbent Tony Boch, took the oath of office after their election on the Nov. 4 ballot.
