setting, according to court records.

The local woman accused of killing her 19-month-old daughter in November is set to appear in court Wednesday morning for a trial setting, according to court records.
Authorities suspect Cheryl L. Busch, who was age 39 at the time, shot and killed her daughter using a .357 Magnum outside the family’s home on the 2300 block of Shore Road in San Benito County.
Busch is charged by prosecutors on suspicion of murder, using a firearm to cause great bodily injury and inflicting corporal injury on her spouse.
Her hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. in courtroom 101 at the San Benito County Courthouse.
