Adriana Hernandez

Adriana Hernandez passed away peacefully at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco at the age of 34 years. She was born and raised in Hollister. She worked for many years at Community Solutions. Adriana is survived by her parents Luz and Alejandro Hernandez; her two beloved young daughters Alyssa and Giovanna; brothers Ruben, Javier, Alex, and Rudy; sisters Rosa and Sylvia; nephews Robert, Abel Jr., Daniel, Stevie, Johnnie, Javier Jr., Alex Jr., Rudy Jr., Fernando, and Orlando; nieces Vanessa, Karina and Dariana and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
