Billie will be remembered as a kind and thoughtful person, a loving wife, Mother of 2 sons, Randell and Bill Roach, Grandmother of 3, great-grandmother of 5, and a great-great-grandmother of 2. She passed away at home in Gilroy, CA on March 25, 2008.
Billie Marie Osborn was born in Dallas, Texas on August 31, 1918. She thought we should all have a high standard of morality and loyalty to family. She believed in God and wanted people to remember her as a good Christian. There will be a small gravesite ceremony for family members on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno, California.
