The San Juan Oaks Del Webb project deserves our support. I have seen and visited numerous senor citizen projects in the United States. As a New Urban advocate, I have read a great deal of research and I understand how these communities have evolved in design and amenities. I recently visited a Del Webb project here in California somewhat similar to San Juan Oaks. I am convinced that this Del Webb project is at a par or better than most other senior developments.
