Sans: April showers will bring May flowers in South County

What’s that old saying, April showers bring May flowers? Well, it sure is happening in South County. We were blessed with almost two inches of rain last week. Whew, what a relief!

Well, here we are. It’s our first full week of spring and it sure is looking good down here in South County, finally! The grass is green, wildflowers are starting to bloom and the cattle are starting to look good. We had another nice shot of rain over the weekend to keep everyone around here happy as well. If it keeps up like this, we may have a good year after all.
