Hot dog vendor opens mobile business in Hollister near Briggs

Sometimes there’s nothing tastier than a delicious hot dog. And
in the case of Dave’s Dawg House
– a recently opened cart owned by local resident Dave Stevenson
– the quick-and-easy meal also is convenient and about the
healthiest type of hot dog you can find because they are all
natural and all beef.
Stevenson started the mobile hot dog stand on Veterans Day and
for now plans to try a location outside of the Briggs Building, to
capture the downtown and student population, from 2 p.m. to 7:30
p.m. daily. He received a permit from the city and ran it by
Gavilan College as well, he said.

Stevenson, a fourth-generation Hollister resident, noted how his hot dogs are the brand Hebrew National, which are kosher, all beef and all natural. The menu includes such hot dogs as the Big Dawg, Chili Dawg and an array of others.
