John Sarsfield and his Court Jesters, Wei and Wagner can’t win
to save their souls. Fearing another devastating loss to Art Cantu,
they call in Darren the Bogie-man from the County Counsel Office to
file a request for a gag order in the Solorio case. What happens?
The Bogie-man goes down in flames along with the three nimrods from
the DA’s Office.

No gag order for attorneys.

Has the Bogie-man not been paying attention? What the heck did
he think was going to happen?
To call the actions of the DA’s Office bizarre is an
understatement. The first amendment to the constitution is
something you just don’t mess with. When you do, the first question
out of everyone’s mouth is
– what are you trying to hide? So, Mr. Sarsfield, what are you
trying to hide? The second question here is – what in the hell is
the County Counsels Office doing getting involved in something that
is none of their business?
Bizarre!

Bizarre!”

“Thank God for the new building code enforcer that shut down some units at a labor camp on 1500 Nash Rd. That place is atrocious – it has mold, the water’s terrible, there’s fleas infested. These people were charging people $900 a month to rent a renovated pigsty. It’s just great that they’re finally doing something to get these slum landlords and I have to commend the county for cracking down on these people that are charging these innocent hard working people all this high rent for such a dilapidated old home.”

“I think the welfare system needs to be looked into – not so much the system itself, but if the people who work for the system ran the system the way the documentation says, we wouldn’t have the problems we do right now. I understand that most of Hollister is on welfare anyway, from what they tell us. My question to them was, if I go in there and I want to sign up for welfare dressed like a bum, am I gonna get it? The answer was most likely – all I have to do is sign a piece of paper and they’re gonna give me money? Maybe we got more fraud cases sitting out there than we know about. I think we need to probably have this investigated, and the only way to do it is to expose the judicial system that we have in Hollister in place at this time. I believe that it is corrupt. Where are the payoffs coming from? What is going on here?”
