In the letter to the editor by Tony Ruiz, he is spewing a bunch
of rhetoric that does more damage to his (Democratic) party. His
attack on the GOP is far-fetched and totally distorted with no
facts.
The Democratic Party has had the 90 percent endorsement of the
black voter for over 40 years and they are still asking their party
leaders for more hand-outs. When will they wake-up? Tony Ruiz is
trying to put the Hispanics into the same stronghold by getting the
Hispanics to join his party by stating the GOP is racist against
Hispanics.
“In the letter to the editor by Tony Ruiz, he is spewing a bunch of rhetoric that does more damage to his (Democratic) party. His attack on the GOP is far-fetched and totally distorted with no facts.

The Democratic Party has had the 90 percent endorsement of the black voter for over 40 years and they are still asking their party leaders for more hand-outs. When will they wake-up? Tony Ruiz is trying to put the Hispanics into the same stronghold by getting the Hispanics to join his party by stating the GOP is racist against Hispanics.

His ramblings of race baiting has no foundation and he is the one that is racist. The Democratic Party has done nothing for the blacks except to hold them back with hand-outs and affirmative action. Isn’t it something that a black man, Mr. Ward Connelly, is the author of Proposition 54? There has been 40 years of proof to the destruction the Democrats have done. The Hispanics are wising up to the ploy of keeping them hindered by government hand-outs instead of achieving on their own merits. This country provides opportunity for all legal immigrants. Mr. Ruiz is trying to get more Democratic voters with the drivers license law allowing illegal people the avenue of registering to vote.

Since Mr. Ruiz is pushing his political idealism so strongly, it makes one wonder if he doesn’t have a greater scheme in mind. A recent news release states that voter registration is up 80 percent Republican to 20 percent Democrat. The Hispanic people are catching on to the ills of the Democratic Party. Lets congratulate them and thank the GOP for holding on to American values that will help California become the state it once was – a leader with black, brown and whites standing together for the good of all.”

“Mr. Sarsfield, whose side are you on? In your quest for revenge against Mr. Stafford and Mr. Damkar, did you stop to think what this would do to the victims and/or the families? In your task force, did you include a victim counselor?

I’m trying to understand your role here. You are a prosecutor, right? It sounds to me like you are more concerned for the defendants than the victims. Whose side are you on?

When I saw the defendants picture in the media, I was traumatized and victimized all over again. I am terrified that because of your refusal, your personal vendetta, this criminal might be set loose again.

Do we victims count for you? Don’t we have rights? Is this what you have been doing for the past eight months while in office? Wasting taxpayers money?

I think it’s time we have a recall on your behalf and get someone in there that is honest, competent and considerate of our victims rights.”
