welcome Portia Gardner as its newest sales associate.
Hollister – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Hollister is pleased to welcome Portia Gardner as its newest sales associate. In her new position, Gardner will specialize in residential sales in San Benito County and surrounding areas.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Gardner worked as a hairstylist with Luminous Salon and an independent sales consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics for more than five years. She has more than 20 years of sales experience, which she feels will be beneficial to her in her new career.
Gardner recently completed an intensive training program through Chamberlin Real Estate School that emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate.
A resident of Hollister for more than 15 years, Gardner currently resides there with her husband, Joseph, and three children, Paige, Natalie and Nate.
