Council members are set to meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Hollister City Hall, 375 Fifth St. Council members will review budgets for the police department, fire department, airport and code enforcement, development services, community services, engineering, administrative services, the city attorney, city clerk and city treasurer, according to the agenda.

Also on Wednesday, the council is set for an overview of the Hollister Redevelopment Agency budget.

On Thursday at 6 p.m., officials then are scheduled to review other divisions within development services, others in community services, engineering, human resources and finance, the city attorney, the city manager, information technology, the clerk and treasurer, the police and fire departments, and the airport and code enforcement.

The total general fund budget is about $15.5 million. Officials are examining a 12.5 percent cut for the 2010-11 fiscal year.
