according to data released by RealtyTrac today.

There were 190 homes in foreclosure during the month. There were 150 in February 2009, according to RealtyTrac.
There were 90 notices of default in March, compared with 81 in February of this year and 99 during the same month of 2008, according to the data.
San Benito County’s per capita foreclosure rate was one home out of every 94, which gave it the ninth-worst frequency in California.
Overall, there are 108,000 homes statewide in the foreclosure process and 341,000 nationally. California has the second-worst per capita rate.
