Elmer Righetti passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2009 in Salinas at the age of 92. He was born and lived in Hollister and was a local orchardist all his life. Member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Council #1492 and the Hollister Elk’s Lodge.
Elmer is survived by his nephews, Alan Righetti, wife, Linda and Robert Righetti, wife, Mary all of Hollister. Great uncle of David Righetti, wife, Lynn, Janet Jacquez, husband, David and Anne Nixon, husband, Walter. Great great-grand uncle of Heather and Bailey Casillas, Holly Ruiz, husband, Omar and Blake Nixon.
Elmer was predeceased by his brothers Louis and Emilio Righetti and his sister-in-law, Josephine Righetti.
As per Elmer’s wishes, a private Graveside services were held Friday morning at the Mausoleum in Calvary Cemetery with his family.
