Alison Mitchell and John DeCarli, together with their families,
are pleased to announce their engagement. Alison is the daughter of
Alan and Beverly Mitchell, of Aromas. John is the son of Greg and
Kathy DeCarli, of Gonzales.

Mitchell recently graduated from Gavilan College, where she obtained her associate’s degree in registered nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at Country Villa, in Watsonville.
DeCarli is a 2000 graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, with a bachelor of science in crop science. He is currently employed as an agricultural pest control adviser with Earthbound Farm, in San Juan Bautista.
An October 2011 wedding is planned in Hollister.
