The Hollister Dog Owners Group will be hosting the Dog Days of
Hollister on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Dunne Park, West
and Sixth streets.
The Hollister Dog Owners Group will be hosting the Dog Days of Hollister on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Dunne Park, West and Sixth streets.
Well-behaved dogs over 6 months of age and their owners are invited to attend. Dogs should be on a leash at all times and have proof of a current rabies vaccination. Children under 12 are free. There is a $3 entrance fee for adults, $2 with donation of dog food.
The event will include vendors and rescue groups, as well as a pooch parade, a costumer contest and other dog contests. The event is co-sponsored by HDOG, the Hollister Downtown Association, and the Gavilan Kennel Club.
