Five San Juan council candidates running for three seats

Five candidates have qualified for the Nov. 4 ballot to run for three open seats on the San Juan Bautista City Council.
The candidates running for the open seats, without districts, include incumbent Tony Boch and challengers Ray Sanchez, Maggie Bilich, Chris Martorana and Jim West, according to the official list of qualified candidates from the county elections office.
They are vying for the seats held by Boch, Jolene Cosio and Mayor Andy Moore.
