Geralyn, loving, good sister, mother, wife and friend, unexpectedly died at home the evening of December 27, 2008.
A native of Gilroy, Geralyn was born to Dick and Alice Sousa on March 18, 1957.
She is survived by her loving husband of 2 1/2 years, Doug Simmons, her mother Alice, her sons Nick, Daniel and Adam Fortino, her boy’s father Steve Fortino, her husband’s son and daughter Kurt and Kylie Simmons, siblings Richard, Marianne, Ted, Jim and Sumi.
She was predeceased by her father and brother Jaime.
Vigil Services will be Friday, January 2, 2009, 7:00 P.M. at Habing Family Funeral Home. Funeral Mass Saturday, January 3, 2009, 2:00 P.M. at St. Mary Catholic Church.
