on a set of criteria to see how each dealership was fairing.

He said that the dealership was not asked to close for two reasons. The first is that his dealership is the only General Motors dealer in the county. The second is that the dealership passed “with flying colors” on a set of criteria to see how each dealership was fairing.
Greenwood said that there were seven or eight areas examined including customer satisfaction, liquidity, volume and how each dealership is competing.
“We felt we’d be here and we’re here to serve San Benito County,” he said.
Greenwood also said that Pontiac will no longer be sold by GM dealers. “But Pontiac owners will still have the ability to have their cars serviced here for a long time.”
