Every year, the Hazel Hawkins Hospitals Auxiliary works hard to
raise money to provide scholarships for students in health-related
fields. Over a span of 57 years the Auxiliary has awarded $263,920
in scholarships. This year, they awarded $30,000 to 18 recipients
who are students studying to be nurses, biologists, ultrasound
technicians, orthopedic technicians, physical therapists, dentists
and bio-medical engineers.
