The Old Tres Pinos School House is up for sale.

Located at 7100 F St. in Tres Pinos, the home was built in 1915 by Frank Delos Wolfe, whose work was heavily influenced by architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

The school was converted to a home in 1978. It consists of 4,000 square feet with three bedrooms, two remodeled bathrooms, an office and media room that has a closet. The kitchen was recently updated with granite, a farmhouse sink, paint and new knobs and hinges. There is also an auditorium with a full stage attached to the house as well as a kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator, trash compactor and a sink. 

The entire home has bamboo flooring, except for in the bathrooms where there is radiant heat, tile floors. The home is located on three-quarters of an acre and is surrounded by a cyclone fence.
