Get your tree hauled
HOLLISTER – Local Scouts will collect tired Christmas trees from local curbsides on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 28 and 29 in Hollister, major subdivisions outside the city and San Juan Bautista. The will return Jan. 5 in Hollister only.
Scouts from Troops 400, 428 and 436 will collect trees for recycling. Trees should be left at the curb by 9 a.m. on pickup day.
Residents are asked for a $7 donation for the service. For further information, Hollister residents may call 638-9646 or San Juan, 623-4360.
