Margaret Weatherly passed away at her Hollister home at the age of 90. She was born in Kingsburg, CA and was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Weatherly.
Beautiful, dignified and gracious to the end. Loved by many and admired by all who knew her. She did it her way.
When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room
Why cry for a soul set free.
Miss me a little-not too long
And not with your head bowed low
Remember the love that we once shared
Miss me-but let me go
For this journey we all must take
And each must go alone
It’s all a part of the master plan
A step on the road to home.
When you are lonely or sick at heart
Go to the friends you know
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds
Miss me-but let me go.
Per her request, no services will be held. Any contributions to Central Coast Visiting Nurses’ Association and Hospice would be gratefully accepted.
