As a realty team, what made you decide to join forces? Tari has been very successful at understanding the local market and has been a realtor for almost three years. She enjoys helping clients and was top 10 agent at Intero Gilroy in 2016. I come from the fire service where honesty, integrity and family are first. When I became a licensed Realtor, I knew that we could bring together the business side of a family’s financial future and combine it with the feeling of accomplishment and trust. Working as a team we have the ability to utilize our different strengths in helping our clients buy or sell their home in a seamless transaction.
What tips do you have for buyers in this market?
Statistics currently show that we are in a seller’s market. That means with a low supply of homes, buyers should seek knowledgeable and trustworthy Realtors first. Ideally those who will do the research, view the inventory and make contact with sellers until they find the perfect property. Second, a Realtor should ensure that their buyers are pre-qualified by a lender and prepared to take action once they have found their buyer’s dream home. Lastly, buyers should make sure they are working with a Realtor who offers open communication throughout the transaction to ensure an enjoyable experience.
What is your favorite part about this industry?
Our favorite part is that we are able to help people. We’ve lived here for over 20 years and now my wife and I are both Realtors with Intero Gilroy. We feel with every person we meet, there is an opportunity to serve our community. Also, witnessing someone walk into their dream home or selling their home to move on to new endeavors is an amazing experience.
How do you spend your free time?
When we aren’t working with friends, associates or clients we enjoy family time with the kids. We also enjoy outdoor activities. Tari loves Crossfit and I enjoy tinkering on my old truck.
Where is your ideal vacation spot?
We love San Diego! We usually take our annual family vacation there.

We serve Gilroy, Hollister, San Juan Bautista, Morgan Hill and San Jose.
