Josie Hosmer of Show Low, Ariz. died Dec. 20, 2003 in Phoenix.
She died of injuries suffered in a tragic automobile accident in Lakeside, Ariz. on Dec. 9.
Josie was born in San Jose on Nov. 2, 1950 and lived in Hollister for 10 years with her husband George from 1992-2002 before retiring to the White Mountains of eastern Arizona in April 2002.
She is survived by her husband George; daughters, Yvonne and Melanie; step-daughter Melissa; step-son, Bret; sisters Lupe, Teresa, Connie and Mary; brothers Rich and Bobby; grandchildren Ashley, Phoebe, Austin, Kaya and Emma and many nieces and nephews. She was dearly loved by everyone.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. at the Chapel of Roses, Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave. in San Jose.
