Back to my fearless fousome…

One of my foursome has a habit of hanging on too tight. He would get mad at me every time I brought this up.

The other day, he had an epiphany. He relaxed his hold on the golf club and his hands had a chance to turn over at impact. I explained (again) that if you grip the club too tight, the club head does not have a chance to square itself at impact. Plus, he will always have a slice.

If he would relax and let the hands have a chance to cross over at impact, he would eliminate (or minimize) his slice and actually hit the ball further.

His other buddies are already talking about him and how much better he has been starting to play. Wait until they see this!
