The San Benito County League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) is sponsoring a candidates and issues forum in expectation of the March 2 election.

Harvard trained state and local government expert Richard Ybarra will be moderating the event, which is being held at the Veterans Memorial Building-Annex on Tuesday, Feb. 24 at 7 p.m.

The forum will give the candidates an opportunity to hear the concerns of the Latino community.

Representatives of the measures on the March 2 ballot will attend to present their views.

Although they are sponsoring the forum, LULAC is a non-partisan community organization and does not endorse any particular candidate.
