Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay – The pot-smoking duo Harold (John Cho) and Kumar (Kal Penn) try to escape authorities who suspect them of being terrorists when they try to sneak a bong on a flight to Amsterdam. Comedy, R.

Iron Man – A wealthy industrialist (Robert Downey, Jr.) is forced to build an armored suite after a life-threatening happening, so he decides to use it to fight against evil. Also starring Gwyneth Paltrow and Jeff Bridges. Action, PG-13.

Made of Honor – After years of playing the field Tom (Patrick Dempsey) has finally realized he is in love with his best girlfriend Hannah (Michelle Monaghan). When he finally gets ready to reveal the truth to her, she announces she is engaged to another man and wants him to be her maid of honor. Romantic comedy, PG-13.

Nim’s Island – A girl (Abigail Breslin) lives alone on an island with her father (Gerard Butler) and communicates with the reclusive author (Jodie Foster) of a book she is reading. Fantasy, PG.

Prom Night – Donna (Brittany Snow) wants to make her prom the best night of her life, but a killer from her past gets in the way. Also starring Jonathon Schaech. Horror, PG-13.

Speed Racer – For those who remember the cartoon, Speed Racer comes to life in the new film by Andy and Larry Wachowski. Speed Racer (Emile Hirsch) wants to win the cross-country car race that took his older brother’s life. Also starring Christina Ricci and Susan Sarandon. Action, PG.

What Happens in Vegas – The story revolves around two people who realize they got married after a night of debauchery when one of them won a huge jackpot by playing the other’s quarter. Now they want a divorce without losing the money. Starring Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher. Comedy, PG-13

Indiana Jones – The Adventure Collection – While each movie is available individually, all three can be yours in a special edition collector’s set. It includes all three of the movies which made Harrison Ford famous. On DVD.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe – Four London children are sent to a professor’s home during World War II. There, the children travel through a wardrobe to a mystical land known as Narnia. On DVD and Blu-Ray.

The Great Debaters – In this drama starring Denzel Washington and Forest Whitaker, Melivin B. Tolson inspires his African-American students to become the first debate team at Wiley College in Texas. On DVD.

Untraceable –Jennifer Marsh, an FBI agent, needs to track down a seemingly untraceable serial killer before its too late to save the lives of his victims. Starring Diane Lane, Billy Burke and Colin Hanks. On DVD and Blu-ray

Mad Money – Three female employees at the Federal Reserve decide to steal money that is set to be destroyed. Starring Diane Keaton, Katie Holmes and Queen Latifah. On DVD.

Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid – The classic 1969 film comes to DVD. Two Wild West bank robbers flee to Bolivia while they are pursued by law enforcement. Starring Robert Redford and Paul Newman.

Television series released May 6

Saturday Night Live the Complete Third Season – The classic episodes of Saturday Night Live from season three are not available. Season highlights include musical guests Jackson Browne, Paul Simon, Art Garfunkel and Willie Nelson, among others. Guest hosts ran the gamut from Steve Martin to Hugh Hefner.

Lovejoy the Complete Season 3 – Lovejoy is a roguish antiques dealer who uses his con-artist skills to help the less fortunate. The United Kingdom drama’s season three brings more adventures for Lovejoy and his accomplices, Lady Jane and his assistant Eric.

Drawn Together – Uncensored Season Three – If you think South Park is too tame, this cartoon series is for you. Season Three of the Comedy Central show Drawn Together parodies reality shows by bringing together spoofs of several famous animated characters – the superhero, a Betty Boop type, and others.
