Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently announced seven of its Silicon Valley branch offices have been named Coldwell Banker® Premier Offices, the highest honor given to Coldwell Banker branches. The award salutes Coldwell Banker offices that meet significant sales goals and was awarded to just the top 19 percent of offices nationwide this year. Receiving the Premier Office designation were the Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, San Jose Almaden, San Jose Willow Glen and Saratoga offices. “Winning the Premier Office award is a result of top sales achievement, strong teamwork and outstanding customer service,” said Mike James, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “This is the most prestigious award given to individual offices, and we congratulate these seven South Bay offices, their managers and their affiliated independent agents on their excellent work.”
