– Robert Freiri has been appointed as the executive director at
Chamberlain’s Children Center in Hollister. He will oversee the
center in Hollister, a mental health facility in Gilroy and an
emergency shelter for San Benito County children.

Robert brings with him 25 years experience in the nonprofit
field, 21 years in administration and 11 as an executive director
with Habitat for Humanity,

said Mari Davis, the Chamberlain’s board president, in a press
release.

“Robert brings with him 25 years experience in the nonprofit field, 21 years in administration and 11 as an executive director with Habitat for Humanity,” said Mari Davis, the Chamberlain’s board president, in a press release.

Freiri is a graduate of the Stanford Business School Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders. He has skills in fundraising, volunteer coordination and community outreach.

“Robert has an open-door policy and wants to learn fro the employees he is now managing,” Davis said. “He is excited to be coming in during a new campus redevelopment that will improve the quality of lives for the children in Hollister. He is also looking at ways to bring the Gilroy treatments closer to the public and let families know of the possibilities out there for them.”
