San Benito County Superior Court Judge Steven Sanders

Jaime Bermejo Luna, 36, of Hollister, was sentenced to 20 days in county jail, three years of probation, and fined $1,998 for misdemeanor domestic violence.

Everado O. Vargas, 31, of Watsonville, was sentenced to 30 days in county jail, three years of probation, and fined $2,250 for misdemeanor drunken driving.

Adolfo Esquivel Illu, 22, of Dos Palos, was sentenced to 30 days in county jail, three years of probation and fined $1,998 for misdemeanor drunken driving.

Patricia Ann Snow, 49, of Hollister, was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, three years of probation, and fined $2,108 for misdemeanor drunken driving and hit and run.

Joshua Thomas Mullen, 25, of Hollister, was sentenced to five days in county jail, one year of probation and fined $460 for misdemeanor appropriation of lost property worth more than $400.

Adrian Armando Ponce, 20, of Hollister, was sentenced to five days in county jail, three months in a first-time offender DUI program, one year of a restricted driver’s license, three years of probation and fined $2,160 for driving under the influence, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and being under the influence of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors.

Uriel Estrada, 25, of Gilroy, was sentenced to 200 days in county jail, three years of probation and a restricted driver’s license, and fined $2,888 for misdemeanor driving under the influence with a prior.

Michael Robert King, 50, of Hollister, was sentenced to 15 days in county jail and three years of probation for misdemeanor vandalism.

Martin Cervantes Mora, 37, of Hollister, was sentenced to three years of Proposition 36 probation and fined $1,200 for misdemeanor being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Kim Marie Jenkins, 36, of Hollister, was sentenced to 40 days in county jail, nine months in a first-time offender DUI program, three months of probation and fined $1,998 for misdemeanor drunken driving and hit and run.

Anna Marie Peraza, 45, of Hollister, was sentenced to two days in county jail, one year of probation and fined $480 for misdemeanor petty theft.

Civil Lawsuits

Joseph P. Thompson, as San Benito County Small Business Incubator, Abraham Lincoln Learning Fortress for Responsible Enterprise Education, and on behalf of all San Benito County taxpayers similarly situated, filed a civil suit against the San Benito County Council of Governments, alleging violation of the Public Records Act, and seeking that the agency provide the information he requested and attorney’s fees.

Nancy Parsons filed a civil suit against Casa de Fruta Orchards, Inc., alleging personal injury and seeking more than $25,000.

Divorce Petitions

Marcia Jean Byrd petitioned Julie Clair Glage to end their domestic partnership, citing irreconcilable differences.

Scott Tom Russell and Kim Marie Russell filed a joint dissolution of marriage.

Gregorio Solis Vera, 38, and Esther Meja Munguia, 30, both of Morgan Hill.

Miguel Angel Becerra, 29, and Georgina Ann Martinez Littlejohn, 40, both of Hollister.

Miguel Gutierrez, 35, and Mariana Margarita Esparza, 33, both of Gilroy.
