Payroll ‘leap year’ adds extra check for city workers
The payroll calendar is offering Hollister employees a special bonus this coming fiscal year. That's because it's what they call a "leap year" in payroll circles due to there being 27 payrolls on the books in 2015-16 instead of the usual 26.
