Hollister Police Officers arrested a 15-year-old juvenile for vehicle theft on Sunday at 1:30 a.m.

Hollister Police officers arrested Greg Larios, 29, on Feb. 15 on gun and drug charges after a car stop in which Larios evaded police who caught him after a short foot pursuit.

David J. Quiroz, the Hollister man accused in the killing of 25-year-old Heather Carroll, has a hearing set for Thursday at the San Benito County Courthouse.

The Hollister School District is set to hold its regular meeting Feb. 26, and trustees will consider a change to the dual language program for seventh- and eighth-grade students, among other items. 

The San Juan Bautista City Council on Tuesday is set to consider an update to the development impact fees and other matters.
