This baby opossum suffered a broken leg while clinging to her mother who had been hit by a car. WERC's veterinarian splinted her tiny leg and sweetly attached a heart appliqué to the cast. Because of the TLC she received from WERC's volunteers, her leg healed perfectly and a few months later she was happily released.

32nd Annual Cioppino Feed & Dance: It’s coming

I don't know about that, but I do wish they would make it on Saturdays so people could recover from their parties on Sunday! In any case, we had a good day as did many others I'm sure.
