Each year in the late fall and winter, the City of Hollister Public Works Departments conducts its leaf collection for area residents. This year, the work started a bit after Halloween as usual, said Ray Rojas with Hollister's streets division. The city is continuing the work, which usually lasts until the start of January, he said.
