DRUNK IN PUBLIC:
Mark James Foshee, 21, who lives in the 1400 block of Sunset Dr. in Hollister, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol for being drunk in public, resisting arrest and battery to a peace officer, all misdemeanors, at the entrance to Bolado Park at 10:35pm on Saturday, police said.
Myron Brown, 48, was arrested by Hollister police for being drunk in public, a misdemeanor, in the 300 block of East Street at 9:30pm on Sunday, police said.
Joel Caballero Rodriguez, 34, of 431 Rustic St. in Hollister, was arrested by Hollister police at 5:43am on Saturday for being drunk in public, trespassing and vandalism, all misdemeanors, after he jumped onto the roof of a house in the 100 block of Rustic Street and an officer had to climb onto the roof to get him down, police said.
BURGLARY:
Unknown suspects broke into a home in the 1100 block of Meridian Street in Hollister between 2:20pm and 4:20pm on Sunday and stole home electronics worth about $500, police said.
Unknown suspects broke into the Alegria Taqueria in the 100 block of San Benito Street sometime between Thursday and Friday and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, police said.
n Unknown suspects smashed the window of a white Mazda pick-up truck and stole an unknown amount of tools from the 1400 block of Gabilan Drive in Hollister at 6:50pm on Thursday, police said.
Unknown suspects smashed the window of a gold Dodge Caravan parked at Santa Ana Road and La Baig Drive in Hollister and stole a CD player and credit cards at 6:30pm on Thursday, police said.
Unknown suspects broke into a residence through a side window in the 200 block of McCarthy Street in Hollister and stole electronic equipment, jewelry and cash between 6am and 7pm on Thursday, police said.
All those named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
