Men believed to have used gun at Los Grullenses
Police are continuing to investigate an armed robbery that
occurred at Los Grullenses Restaurant on San Juan Road last week,
according to police.
On March 23 at about 10:30 p.m., the Hollister Police Department
responded to a report of an armed robbery at Los Grullenses
restaurant, 1270 San Juan Road.

Police are continuing to investigate an armed robbery that occurred at Los Grullenses Restaurant on San Juan Road last week, according to police.

On March 23 at about 10:30 p.m., the Hollister Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery at Los Grullenses restaurant, 1270 San Juan Road.

Two male suspects, one armed with a black handgun, entered the restaurant. Both suspects approached the counter and demanded money and that employees open the cash register, according to a statement.

The suspects took the money from the register and fled westbound on foot.

One suspect is described as being heavy set, wearing a brown and white checked, long sleeve shirt with black pants. He was wearing a black mask, with a black bandana wrapped around his face, according to police.

The second suspect is described as having a thin build, wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black and red gloves. He had a blue bandana over his face.

Police are actively investigating this incident. Anyone with information is requested to call Detective David Anderson at 636-4330.
