Precious Petals topped four other businesses today in the annual window decorating contest judged by the 2007 and 2008 Miss San Benito Rodeo winners.
This year’s Miss San Benito Rodeo, LeAnna Ceglia, and last year’s winner, Amanda Jacobsen, judged the Western-themed contest downtown this morning.
Other businesses in the contest put on by the San Benito County Chamber of Commerce included She’s, Serene Home, San Benito Bank and Kelly’s Gift Place.
For winning, Precious Petals gets a plaque donated by Precision Laser Engraving, tickets to the rodeo Sunday and free advertising in the local newspapers.
The 75th annual San Benito County Saddle Horse Show & Rodeo is set for this weekend, with Thursday’s 6 p.m. downtown parade kicking off the event.
