Ralph Leyva, 64, passed away on the evening of April 19, 2017 in his home in West Valley City, Utah.
He is survived by his immediate family; wife Gerda, mother Clara, siblings Valerie and Frank, son with wife Ralph III and Sasha, daughter with husband Anna and Kevin, and grandsons Ralph IV and Jackson.
A private service will be held at a future date.
