Richard Joe Mesa, Jr

Richard went to join the Lord on Tuesday May 27, 2008 after a struggle with his fragile heart. He was 23 years old. Richard was an easy to get along with person and was liked by the people that he knew. He was a big fan of the Forty-Niners and the A’s in baseball. Richard was a member of St. Mary’s Church and The Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed playing Little League Baseball from 4 to 12 years of age. He leaves behind his parents Richard and Veronica Mesa, his two sisters Venus Mesa and Veronica Kozlowski, his girlfriend Naomi Garcia, his two brothers-in-law, Scott Kozlowski and Chris Palacios, six nephews, five nieces and many cousins, uncles and aunts. Richard is at peace now and will be missed but he will live in our hearts forever. Services will be held at Habing Family Funeral Home on Thursday June 5, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. with Mass on Friday June 6, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Mary’s Church
