Richard L. Morrow

 Richard Lee “Dick” Morrow, Gilroy/Clovis resident.

 Dick Morrow passed away on November 30, 2012, of heart complications. He died peacefully, surrounded by several generations of his large family, and is in pain no longer.

 Dick served in the US Navy for four years, both aboard the USS Antietam, CV-36 as well as his beloved USS Salisbury Sound, AV-13.

 After his military service, Dick learned the art of installing wall coverings, and soon became a well respected master of that trade throughout California. He worked hard his whole life in order to provide for his family.

 Dick is survived by his loving wife of more than 61 years, Loretta, as well as their five children: Sue Shaw (Jim), Debbie Sanchez (Bob), Steve (Marcie), Tom, Jim (Kirsten), as well as his : “Adopted” son Jack Robinson (Mimi). The greatest joys of his life were his 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

 The Morrow family wishes to thank the VA Hospital and staff in Fresno, as well as Hinds Hospice care for their dignified efforts and care.
