Yolanda is the daughter of Encarnacion Sandoval, of Hollister, and the late Maria F. Sandoval.
Andy is the son of Ramona and Robert Parra of Tres Pinos.
Yolanda graduated from San Benito High School and CSU Stanislaus. She is currently a teacher at Ladd Lane.
Andy is a graduate of San Benito High School, Cabrillo College and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He is currently a teacher at Rancho San Justo.
